Luna definitely does make the stars extra sparkly on New Years. She even makes sure to schedule a meteor shower. I'm not sure anyone would appreciate an extra bright sunrise though, not with how much drinking normally happens on New Years Eve. Maybe something else... A spectacular sun-set- for the last day of the year perhaps?
