life's too short to brood on the past, if you really want to change then change. No one's going to come along and change you cause the only person who can change you is yourself and no one else. take it from me, I have a father who has HIV, a mother who's clinicaly depressed, a GF who was raped in middle school by her best friend's brothers. but you know what we're all pretty happy with our lives and we try to live them to the fullest. all that matters truely in life are you, your family and the ones you love, but in the end they become family anyway. so don't dwell on the past, shit happens and you just gotta get up and brush yourself off when you get pushed down. give the world the finger and live your life the way you want to.
I'm trying to be inspiring, not trying to bring you down. things in life will hurt you, it's inevitable. but it's how you respond to them is what makes you strong. if you're going to mope around in self pitty then you're going to go nowhere but down but it's never too late to climb out of that hole, it'll be tough but if you're determined then you CAN do it. and don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. the sooner you learn that I'm not talking shit and that I'm not some crazy person on the internet the happier you will be with yourself.
i understand, but that is the thing that we all think about too, it could always be worse. there are people out there even worse off than us so we're thankful for the things we have too. anyway, I'll let you go and work this out on your own. I can preach to you till I'm blue in the face but as long as you take something from this conversation into your heart that's all that matters to me. try to have a good one, and chin up. I'll be better before yer married, lol! ^^
