Orignally an attempt at advanced wait staff in a high end resturant, when the funding suddenly ceased and everything was dropped, including the androids in their recharge cases with the intent to pick them up later, but they just... never did.
After a lightning strike on the building they found themselves super charged, and with nobody to give them new orders they simply started to run the restaurant themselves.
Oxford is the leader of said Androids and is happy to greet and serve any customers who should happen to find their way to their humble abode.
