Not quite literally a 'Pyroraptor', but merely a more regular raptor that adopted the name for more obvious reasons.
Zahrax had always been fascinated by mankind's ability to wield fire, so he wanted to take that to the extreme. Having acquired (by not-so legal means) and juryrigged a massive napalm tank and twin wrist-mounted flamethowers, empowered by multiple self-heat-generating crystals, Zahrax wants to show the world by force that dinosaurians are just as capable or wielding the flame, by any means necessary.
