This is sort of a double set of fan art. Its Pepper and Lizzie from Longtail's web comic Coons (http://coons.longtail.us/) which is a spin-off of Seth Triggs webcomic BIBP (www.bibp.com). Seen here being the sexxay tramps they are, and most likely to find a couple to break apart for there own devices.
