So in November at the Macy's Parade, they put out a float of Luffy from the anime One Piece. The rim of his iconic straw hat was popped by some nearby trees and it deflated. So he's crying because Luffy, the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates, had his beloved straw hat burst.
