I gotta say, I got inspired by the badass robots that either Astro Boy or Mega Man encounter, hahaha. The heavy armor-look certainly fits him.

I have to point out the bishie face, too. It really stands out in the most fabulous/hilarious way. Now I want to imagine all your characters as kawaii~bishie^^; This is one of those times where it's terrible and awesome to have a vivid imagination. xD IN ANY CASE. BUGSIES. I think some of your silhouette-ish bug designs could look pretty nifty on a tshirt, especially if it was the "canvas" color here. I know that's such a common thing to say "oh I want it on a tshirt/poster!" but you have a way with design that would look nice on a graphical tee.
