This is the outside of my kitsune, Akiyama's ( http://www.furaffinity.net/view/548887/ ) home. The lanterns are unlit because nightfall has not fully hit yet, he doesn't light them on all nights anyway.
Nor did I want to do the crazy lighting from it because, in all honesty, this is the first time I've ever done a serious back ground and I did enough as it is :X
He lives in a cliff, and at the base of the cliff, down the walkway, there's a nice little villiage. He has no bathroom/shower in his home, so he has to use the lavish public bathroom down int he villiage. He drinks water from the fresh spring that flows down the rocks, but the pond at the bottom has koi fish in it that he keeps C:

XD Akiyama's is modernized to a degree. He's got a stove, an icebox where he can keep food cold for a while, he has to buy ice for it. Uh... a huge pile of pillows and blankets that makes a couch... A short table with pillows to sit at it, all traditional. Tons of lanterns and candles. Uhh... A bedroom c: It'd be pretty.
