I adopted this from an awesome artist by the name of

I am planning on giving this guy a backstory. But long story short, a bit of a daredevil and a showoff, but often means well. Unlike common Garchomp, ones that live in the Buckai region feed off of raw radioactive minerals deep underground (mainly uranium). This diet allows them to become living nuclear batteries and give off a pleasant and beautiful lime-green glow in darkness. Just one of these pokemon can fully power an entire city block. Despite having radioactive blood, they are safe to be around people since their scales have traces of lead that filter out the bad radiation. Which is a good thing because Hazard here is a hugger, despite his imposing stature. And what ever you do, for the love of Arceus, DO NOT make him angry! He will use his signature move "Radio-Thunder" Think of it as Godzilla's Nuke Breath and Thunderbolt put together.
