I'm playing around with a few of Prismacolor's neon pencils - you can get some pretty amazing effects, even when you're hiding the UV-reactive in plain sight. Blue and pink are shown here, but green and yellow are even more intense with the right lighting. I need to refine this, but you can see the potential here.

Lovely glow there, nod. Says the mink who (ICly) can see a bit into ultraviolet. But then, reactive vs reflective. Loving the outline shadings.
