I drew it after receiving mysterious inspiration for a tragic love story between a dreamer, lost in a long scary nightmare, and a monster born inside that nightmare, that feel in love with the dreamer, and try to protect him at all cost, to provide the dreamer happiness and confort and transform the nightmare into a dream ! A beautiful, romantic dream , who sadly cannot stay forever, as the dreamer have to wake up at some point. At the end of that dream, the monster confess his love for the dreamer, and wish he, and his feelings for the dreamer can be remembered when the dreamer woke up, his memories of that dream quickly fading away as he readdy himself to start his day.
