Xeyla is mythical being capable of controlling oceans, flora and fauna included. She was the first being to live in waters of Xeyokha, which was archipelago named after her by Vellami Tribe which of course praised her. They believe that if she get enough praise, waters will be full of food and they will be peaceful for them.
Many said she is long gone from this place, other say she is still somewhere looking after them. Truth is that, both sides are correct, she doesn't like to be around people, but she will always give a hand to sailors in need.
