There are exceptions. So long as precautions are taken.
The Primary reason why ‘no men’ is because everyone with male genitalia tends to get very aggressive and horny when exposed to the water at the temple. The water which flows down from LARS, channeled from the Aqanin sphere, Something about the filters being old and not working very well.
And yes, this applies to Tildriel, so I’m sure certain precautions are taken (and she’s not allowed to use the baths under normal circumstances).
This doesn’t apply to Fen because she’s special, but she’s the exception to the aggressive/horny rule.

Morgan could have targeted the bird guy, but she choose to target Alehandro because of how Sha described him. She insults Alehandro (though he did nothing to deserve the insult) and that put a bit of doubt in Sha's mind (the guy defending himself was not helping) , so Sha (who was not bothered to decide herself) left the two to sort out who will go.

Morgan only resorts to play nice after having her fun and making him bleed .
Morgan only calls the "fight" a draw and resorts to play nice because she needed Alehandro in a better mood for the offer. The only reason Morgan and Mis set up the offer is just so Morgan can steal the guy's spot. Morgan is just lucky that the guy she targeted has a good history with Mis, otherwise Alehandro would not be falling for the offer and Morgan would not be able to steal his spot. I bet if Morgan targeted the bird, the offer would not have worked.
I read that this is rewrite by Feretta. He typed this explanation on the e621 website, and I quote:

So, the fans actually influenced Feretta into rewriting his comic this way instead of him drawing his original plan. So, dumping the stretcher idea and giving Alehandro a good backstory with Mis (just so he would fall for the offer) is just a rewrite to make him look better. I didn't think that was possible, but here we are. Though I still wish Alehandro would be in the tournament as this rewrite has made me like him. He has good potential to be a great character in a tournament and I feel like him not going is a bit of a waste. Maybe Feretta could have been influenced into writing the comic like that, but now it is too late.

They can't stay there long term like Fen, Mis and the others due to something about the place's energy or something (Feretta can explain that better because I don't remember the exact reasons very well) but as Feretta also stated in a comment back on page 33 of this chapter, they have short-term acommodations back at the Temple for cases like his

Joking aside it's easy to forget Mis'Alia has been alive for a pretty long time and has done a lot of important things so she probably has a lot of name recognition... being super tall and hot probably helps with that too

I was wondering if Meeka would meet our illustrious owl? In the little back story of Meeka's we found out they fought together and it was the owl that brought Meeka to the school and to Mis of course. :) Interestingly enough, neither seems too happy to see the other.
