FACT: Flutterveil has barbie doll nudity as an advantage, so nothing needs to be re-rated. (On top of that, she's an ADULT.)
Flutterveil's notable swimwear, that she wears with her collar. It is based on a certain "outfit" from an art meme, but I thought I could design a high-hipped swimwear that in my opinion, is cuter. (She understand it was a bit..."revealing", but at least no naughty bits would show, even if she DIDN'T have barbie doll nudity as an advantage. Besides; since she DOES have that as an advantage? Definitely no big deal! But she does have other swimwear, in case of some places that have different rules on what kind of swimwear can be worn.)
