A refreshing breeze ran through the mountains, bringing a touch of warmth back to the valley after the uncharacteristically early frost. The air felt warm and welcoming after the biting cold that had crept through the mountain range and lingered over the past days, foreboding gray clouds stealing away the sun, bringing with them a slow but steady snowfall. The gentle wind had swept away the somber gray clouds, an eastward breeze driving the dark skies out to sea, cracks in the endless gray allowing streaks of sunlight to pierce the veil. Sunlight glimmered off the freshly fallen snow, reflecting off the snow capped peaks of the mountains, ice laden trees still bearing autumn colors glimmering in the afternoon light. Lazy, wispy clouds of pure white drifted through the sky, the towering peak of the mountain of perpetual winter occasionally disappearing behind the clouds as they sail out to sea. A fine mist rose from the pleasantly babbling stream, meandering around bends and rocks as it led down from the mountain, snowmelt joining the stream as the sun settled high in the sky. Browned tufts of resilient grass poke from snow as it slowly recedes. The tops of the trees stand in a brilliant display of green and every hue of autumn color, casting shadow to the branches below where snow still clings. Soon the last of the snowfall will be swept away, but in this fleeting moment it remains as something out of a dream.
I just knew this had to be the first piece I uploaded in the new year~

I've got a few of them up already actually, though I may refresh what I have displayed since I have over a year's worth of art since last I had anything printed. I repainted my office last year, and I was planning to select a few of my landscapes to decorate, that's my project for this year, probably in the coming months. 
As always the amazing Noxeri outdid herself with this enchanting and stunningly colored dreamwork, I can easily lose myself for endless hours into the illustrated environment above, and you know what my frequent thought is. Fiadh so naturally fits into every seasonal background realized from this extremely talented artist! To complete the first masterpiece of this 2024 as well anyone is absolutely happy to read your incredible narrative, a small and super tasty addittion that harmoniously shows your endless appreciation for another wonderful creation.
