This is the preliminary stage to my fursuit head I am building. This time I am building the base from a skating helmet and a plastic face mask. On the top of the helmet I have already glued some of the foam padding that came from within to add a little extra thickness and protect the two case fans I have placed (once finished these will suck air in through the ears and help circulate it round my head). The fans themselves are already soldered so that the wires run down the back of the helmet and are wired so to make a series circuit when power is provided, in the final build they will be joined by another smaller fan in the nose (blowing out) wired in parralell and powered by a 9v battery.
