The threads of fate wind together tighter and tighter, binding six ponies together in many ways. And causing pain as they cut deeply. No good can come of scheming, suspicion and misunderstanding. As the man said, "Jealousy will drive you MAD!"

THANK YOU for getting it. I told my pre-reader "There's some high-level geekery going on here." I'm especially proud of "Abraxis... That's just a legend." And you can see my embarassingly transparent Scotabelle love. I use the Cutie Mark Crusaders as a kind of model of healthy relationships. Though, as you'll see when you read the next part, sometimes they can have their own kind of pain.
I really like this series! The way that everyone's sort of coming into their feelings is so teenager-like; budding and developing for the first time, nobody really wise enough to make good decisions. You're juggling a lot with this, which really helps balance everything out. I love it! AppleDash is rambunctious fun, and I don't think I've ever enjoyed Fluttershy more.
It's semi-cliche, yet appropriate and supported in the show, that Fluttershy is a doormat, especially where Rarity is concerned. I just took it to the most logical conclusion, the "I want my beloved to be happy" trope.
AppleDash is fun to do because it's... Easy, I guess. It feels natural and flows along with wrestling and headbutting and an undercurrent of genuine, passionate mutual adoration.
