New character I just adopted from Nayra Yan ! An insane looking scientist Dr.3715. Your typical, gladly mad scientist. Conducting some groundbreaking questionable experiment. By combining cybernetic implants to save the life of a certain wolf bat hybrid.

Bio:

Having good intentions, yet a VERY unhinged scientist that can get pretty looney and off the rails when it comes it his experiments. Such as abducting Vitto (the wolf bat hybrid) and “saving him”. All by giving an artificial heart, synthetic lungs, and cybernetic eyes.

For 3715’s cast, anything is morally justifiable if it’s for the scientific benefits. That at first glance seems dangerously sinister. Up to the point of being an insane sliver tongue fast talker. Yet has a warm, charming and welcoming if you get pass his looks, and ethical standards for questionable behavior. Even encouraging Vitto this opportunity to be a hero with his new enhancements. For his fun pass time, 3715 actually does enjoy baking. His favs: Bean/vinegar pies, to wacky cake .

3715 also has a lumbering assistant, none other then Xoxi. As the rat was the guy who carried out and injected Xoxi with genetically modified bear hormones. Turning Xoxi from human to a fat bear!

Yet, Xoxi won’t mind as he was only trying to help his human community. He’s ironically working for 3715, from helping with cleaning up, lifting heavy equipment, and even helping with his experiments.
