Original description: I haven't been too confident on my shading skills recently, so I decided to draw Mr Scissors himself, Cut Man!
Or was his name Nolan Grayson?
Nice and simple pic of Cut Man to help me get better at drawing Megaman characters. I gotta love my humour back then, especially implying that Cut Man was Omni Man all along, especially with the similar colour scheme. I'm actually gonna upload an image of faces of my favourite Robot Masters from the Megaman series in a few days, given no distractions happen. More on that when I upload it to my DA and Newgrounds.
