Bluey Goes with Bandit on His Morning Jog [V1]
***Bandit Heeler and Bluey Heeler are from the Australian TV Show Bluey, which belongs to Studio LUDO***
Everything was all normal for the big, bright, energetic Bandit today as he went on his daily morning jog.
But the same couldn’t be said for Bluey, for she had turned into… a BOY!!!
11-year-old Bluey felt completely devastated—putting on makeup, getting her nails done, wearing cute clothes… she couldn’t do ANY of it anymore—or at least she felt like she couldn’t, even though Bandit tried to convince her otherwise.
What kind of Christmas is this? Its the middle of the beautiful summer, and yet, she was suffering like this…
Why, oh why, did she have to drink that glass of “water” on the table!
Sure, she was tomboyish and loved sports like Cricket and playing rough with her Dad, but she didn’t want to be a full-on BOY like him!
And she’d to deal with this for 6 more months, as the pill that kept Bandit male was active for 6 months… meaning she’d have to suffer through this for 6. More. Months. And possibly even more, since the pills weren’t designed for kids—it’s entirely possible that she could be a boy for a whole year. And it wasn’t like Bansit could just drop more money for more of these pills, as just one female-to-male pill could go up to $1000–and about 10 times more for the male-to-female version, as turning into a female was just harder biologically. Even a small bottle to turn her back could go up to $50000…
Oh, how was she going to deal with the kids at school? With her new boyfriend Mackenzie? Would he accept her as a… boy? What about her friends Chloe, Coco, Honey, Jack, and—oh my gosh, the TERRIERS! The terriers wouldn’t let her live this down…
And what of her mother? Her sister? How would they react? After all, Chilli had had two whole children with Bandit, and she had no idea that Bandit was born a girl. How would she react to this?
Bandit continued to say reassuring things to Bluey, inviting her out on his run so they could bond over their shared condition. But regardless of what he said, Bluey just couldn’t stop thinking about how much she just wanted to be a real girl again…
EDIT: You may have noticed a little change in this image. That’s because I got rid of that freaking car. Basically what happened is that I drew the background and then wanted to add a parked car, but I didn’t feel like drawing one so I just grabbed this photo from online (https://dige2.com/demo/suzuki/image.....banner/car.png) and painted over it. I initially thought that perspective would be fine and would emphasize how huge he is (195 cm or 6’5”), but I kept on looking at it and I just hated it more and more, so I painted over it. If you really want to see the original, it’s here (https://sta.sh/022nu0pg8qqz), but otherwise, I think this current version is a huge improvement to the coherency of the image. Hope you enjoy the art!

Every. Single. TIME.
If you’ve ever seen the episode “Omelette,” you’ll know how panicky and whiny he gets when he’s hungry… he was calling Chilli every 30 seconds to ask if his brekkie (Aussie slang for “breakfast”) is ready!
And as Bandit always likes to do his morning run in the morning and work out either at home or in the gym, his belly is always extremely loud—so much so that it visibly ripples, the sweat from it slightly sprinkling anyone he’s around from the intense movement.
Thankfully, even though his wife Chilli is the main breadwinner in the house and often has to leave early in the morning since she’s an Air Traffic Controller at Brisbane Airport, she usually makes sure to cook him something the night before so he’s not ordering too much out or nagging Bluey and Bingo to help him make something…
