FC '24 #2: Serious Rascal (1st pic on FA! Need ID)
Seems that he came to surf along the California coast! (badge) Now yes, there are many Rascals in the FF'dom, so we'd better go and ID them carefully as we can get confused soon! However, we'll always have to see a distinctive ID on them as we'd compare the Rascal HYENA on last year's FC: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/50979444/ . This cougar seems to be a native, but looks can be deceiving, you know. And yes, there's the hip pouch- guess they are in as fashion, though a little infamous as a dab, it's quite convenient, but you can wear it over your shoulder, I've heard. Let's see if he would do that with his pink one he has!
