Yep, he must come from the University of Kansas at Lawrence! ( www.ku.edu / www.kuathletics.com/ ) As it would be a LONG TIME AWAY FROM FURCON (He last went in 2009: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/20034657/ [WARNING! Mature. ]), he's back for fun! Of course, as we remember that the men's basketball team last year had won the 2009 NCAA Men's Basketball championship, it can figure that he would be happy to show himself here. NO, he's NOT the mascot of the university- it is the one called Big Red: ( https://kuathletics.com/traditions/ scroll all the way down to see the mascot here.) And there is Lil' Red as well.
Well, you could prefer him over Big Red to represent the university at games, huh? He looks MUCH better with that well-formed beak! Well, how come the university won't upgrade their mascots? I'll never know. Guess the FF'dom with their fursuits are TOO good to be sports mascots... (IMO: Kansas is part of the Big 12 Conference in the NCAA: https://big12sports.com/ )
