That's correct. Boarundi is run by forest hogs, Batswana by bats, Catsablanca by genets and civets and forest cats...by far the largest country is Camelot, which encompasses most of the Sahara Desert.
This doesn't mean these are the sole species in a country--just the dominant cultures. Other animals are allowed to live there, as long as they obey whatever laws the dominant species enacts.
