All cozied up inside the patio, the whispers of nightly crickets and fireflys were the only thing to be sensed past the window netting. Meters of scales laid on the other side, protected under a roof and lights, they sat bunched together in a pile of comfort.

Despite their cold-blooded nature, the two lasses still managed to find warmth in one another, either by body heat or fabric, they found themselves in a liminal place between earthly delights and heartfelt connections.
