As everyone knows, Howl is a well known juvenile delinquent that is wanted for various crimes around Pine Valley. So far, he's been charged with theft, arson, property damage, carjacking, and starting fights within the neighborhood. Howl was also a partner in crime with Jax and Snap.

However, after a run in with a well known neighborhood witch this past Halloween, Howl was delivered with a cruel blow and is now regressed into a diaper wearing toddler. Because of this, Howl's involvement with crime came to a screeching halt. Even Jax and Snap don't want to hang around with him anymore.

But due to the fact that Howl's now a baby, it still hasn't stopped him from performing more crimes. Just recently, Howl was planning to smuggle a honey factory. If there's one thing that Howl loves, it's the sweet taste of pure fresh honey. Somehow, Howl managed to sneak inside the honey factory unnoticed, swiped a huge honeypot and stuffed it into his swag bag.

Unfortunately, Howl botched up his escape plan and set off the factory's alarm, causing Officer Dee to spring into action. While Howl made a quick dash down the road, he forgot that bees can fly faster than any wolf could (wearing an ultra thick diaper didn't help Howl out with his escape either!). In no time, Officer Dee caught up with the thieving wolf and jammed his stinger right into the tail hole of Howl's diaper, causing him to yelp out in extreme pain!

After that painful experience, Howl was arrested and taken to juvenile court where he was found guilty for honey smuggling. Rather than having Howl's parents come down to release him, they decided to keep Howl in court for a month. And now Howl is locked up in a specially made play pen resembling a cage where he's now sitting on a block of ice to cool down the bee sting on his butt while sulking at the same time.
