They're on special at her restaurant, fresh and hot!
Ilqa Fovol owns and manages The Final Slice, a high-end restaurant in New Corneria City. She specializes in flatbread and pastries, which includes Crimean chebureki and Russian vatrushki (ideas brought by her research into Human culture). That is, meat turnovers and cheesecake-donut-things, respectively.
The gratuitous French title is "woman who runs a restaurant," similar to the masculine "restaurateur." While beating this ultimately useless knowledge into my head, I also discovered that my initial "restauranteur" (with an N) spelling was just an Americanized butchering of French. I must say, the temptation to use the tenderizing hammer was strong, but I won't give any of the French users a stroke... this time.
I also redesigned her a little bit. Her ears and tail are much bigger, she has a little more fluff on the neck.
