Of course it's sad when great artists die, but I feel they continue to live on in what they created, in this case their music. I feel this about Quorthon from Bathory - a pioneer of viking black metal. He passed away a long time ago and I feel that he lives on in the world he created and portrayed in his music, it's a really beautiful feeling. It's so much more than the memory of that person. I also have that feeling for other artists and musicians. I think this kind of thing shows that what they created is really unique
