What are they then, there's no shark category lol x_x
I just put her there because the others were Cetacean - Dolphin and Cetacean - Whale if I remember correctly.
And a shark is closest to that.

Sharks are fish.
I'd put her in unspecific/any. But it's totally up to you.

The order Cetacea includes the marine mammals commonly known as whales, dolphins, and porpoises.

I thought Sharks were mammalian because they don't lag eggs, they give birth just like dolphins and whales...

some sharks do lay eggs, but yeah, they're among the few fish with live births. they're not mammal, though. definitely fish. :3

Creepily butting in, but sharks would need to lactate to be considered mammals. :] Some sharks lay egg cases called purses and some give birth to live babies. Happens with snakes too. NATURE IS WEIIIIRD.

FA needs a category for fish...sharks in particular. Dx

There's also the Echidna. There a mammal that lays eggs. I think Platypuses do too. IDK.

I wonder what name you could give sharks and other fish with cartilage skeletons, in the class Chondrichthyes, if you were to give them their own species category.

A Chondrichthyen? Chondrichthyens? Hmm...

Putting this picture in the Cetacean - Dolphin category would have actually been ironic, since the Mythbusters proved that dolphins can actually frighten away sharks.
