A set of coloured head sketches of a variety of beast folk from my homebrew setting.
The ones featured in this piece are the vaeili race, these insectlike avians are among the dominant species of the continent.
While the lowly lizardkin (or lizardfolk) are far more discrete and secluded.

This piece was mainly done with experimentation and character design in mind. Happened to serve as ample opportunity to practice some good old colouring as well!
