Lucien is a major nerd when it comes to Arthurian legends, hence he took the name du Lac
In life he was called Lucy, which I reference with the eye theme as St. Lucy gouged out her own eyes.

He died in the 1920s, and will argue with Argent that he's technically older when the latter treats him like he's just a young kid.

As the Raven Knight, he acts on behalf of the Raven Prince, and even travels to the mortal realm (working on his disguise)
