When it comes to smoking food
is absolutely brilliant and I will die on this hill :B******************************
What dose this wolf do when its cold snowing and blowing out? Why fire up the smoker.
*this took about 9 hours*
Ingredients:
5 chicken breasts
5 sausages
1 Jar of salsa
1 bag of frozen vegetables
(Broccoli florets, Sugar snap peas, Cut baby corn, Water chestnuts, Carrots, Bamboo shoots, Bean sprouts, Red bell peppers.)
Spices:
Pink salt
Black pepper
Old bay
bbq pit boys spice
(Kansas City Smoke & SPG)
Method:
Get your smoker heated up to 200-240 degrees. As the smoker is heating up get a cast iron frying pan and add the chicken and the sausage. And set the frying pan in the smoker and let it cook. Once the meat is just about done cut up the chicken and the sausage in to bite size pieces. Add your spice and the frozen vegetables and the jar of salsa. Let the food cook for a couple of hours. Check on the food every 20min or so mixing as needed.
