As juno went through 2 body reductions by request (removing her legs and her butt & belly), she became a hemicorp, and as she became a mage, she had to have wings to fly around since she has no body, only a head with arms and a chest. Her stick she picked up happens to be her starter weapon, and woah!! She can shoot fire? Well cool!! And good thing about being a hemicorp, is your hitbox is quite shorter than average, so that's a plus in dodging attacks!! Wheeee!! :D
