Exactly, this symbiote thing seems like a clock bomb, and once it explodes, this will create a pretty terrible situation not just to everyone involved, but you know, the entire population. I mean, this is the direction that I expect the story to go at this point.

Maybe it’s more like coating the brain in symbiote ? (Or at least that part of the brain) over time the symbiote just Coates/fuses to the external part of the nervous system

I wonder over time whether long term use of the symbiote will have physical effects on the wearer as their body/DNA will have symbiote components in it.

The symbiotes start off as a seed, interesting. The symbiotes are amazing they do so much. Maintaining the symbiote won't be easy, but the benefits are worth it. Good thing Mr.Bun's organization provides the essentials to maintain them. I wish I can have a symbiote. Nicely done Rubberbuns. Keep up the good work.👍

Nice, I would feel very safe in that city! Though it brings up many questions...
Like how controllable are the symbiotes? Sure they seem to have a designated programming, but also a gathering tendency.
And is their a population limit? If something went wrong and cause their conversion protocols to go haywire, then suddenly you got a food supply issue!

Snowflake is still grumpy as ever, but he asked civilized and Buns loves the tension the bear is in to keep civilized. Nice lore drop on how the symbiotes work in the body. I especially like the forboding warning about taking too much injury in a fight, meaning loosing too much symbiotic matter and thus becoming more vulnerable until it can reproduce the lost material. A true double sided sword. You get greater power and unnatural fast healing, but if you need healing during a fight that reduces your fighting effectiveness. Relying on the symbiote is not an option, it is just a small bonus to your normal abilities.

On the one hand, I can't see a control freak like him letting a symbiote going to someone he couldn't just order around. On the other hand, Josh wasn't supposed to get the symbiote when he did. So what changed? Why could he control Josh then but not now?
