There's a bit of danger to letting go. It's the promise of freedom from the state of being that tires and grinds at the human mind and body like a gnawing infection. The memories of problems and events that hound us in our day-to-day lives. The worry of 'what could be', the terror of mortality, the temptation of happiness found in lower contentment. However, if one dives too deep... searching for something that is 'different'...they may just find it. Detaching from what was and anchoring themselves into a wholly new existence of 'what now is".

And they may like it.
