Original Species: Two Gazelle Species
Time to both give Aisha a breather and do a partial remake (again)
The Red-Head Gazelle and the Blake-Mane Gazelle are both species of small herbivores native to the Arcadian Grasslands. Both rely almost exclusively on their speed and agility to dodge predators. While their hooves and horns can work against smaller predators, like a single Arid Drake, fighting anything bigger is out of the question. Fortunately for them, they are too small for most large predators to be considered worthwhile prey. So that's a plus for them.
Both species tend to intermingle while migrating from one pasture to another, creating large herds. These larger groups are better at spotting predators effectively. Whenever a threat is detected, the gazelles sound the alarm and scatter in all directions.
In terms of beyond purely visual differences, the Red-Head Gazelles seem to be slightly more resistant to higher temperatures than their Blake-Maned cousins. On the other hand, due to their smaller and lighter horns, the Blake-Manes are just the tiniest bit faster in terms of running speed.
