He's not that bad, actually. Just kind of a poor man's Aerodactyl. And he loses his sweeping abilities too early due to a shitty ability, but he's meant to be a glass cannon anyway, isn't he?

Just like a poor man's Aerodactyl. xD Yeah, it's his ability that really screws him over. He would make for a good glass cannon, but if you take put any sort of physical wall up against him, he's boned. :I
