Overview:
▫️Cost: $20 USD
▫️Art is a 200x200px icon with a simple 3-frame blink animation. 100x100px resize and static versions included.
▫️Turnaround time is within 2 weeks if you are first in queue, or within 1 week of the last completed order. Delivery will be no later than Valentine's Day.
▫️Payment is required up front via paypal invoice. Depending on client preference, "Up Front" can be defined as either:
1). When your commission is accepted
OR
2). When your order has been reached in the queue
▫️Please ensure you have read my Terms of Service thoroughly.
▫️Complex characters will be simplified.

Once I receive a form, I will let you know if I will need to simplify the design or not. If approved by the client, I will then ask for a PayPal Email for invoicing (via PM for security).
