Literally it says "но там царит смертельный голод" (but there reigns a deadly hunger) and then we have some monster/-s who devour the adventurer because of their insane hunger, which reminded me Vendigo, such an unnatural hunger that you tremble, cramp until you try to satisfy that, so I decided to make it this way.
