Doodle of Okane during a session, I played him as a native of the more eastern oriented part of the continent, and when we came to eat at a tavern in a city that was a melting pot, I simply asked my DM "Would Okane, someone raised in a eastern paladin type order, ever have came across a fork?". The answer I was given most likely not, so naturally, I roleplayed my 0 int and naturally had no clue what I was looking at!
