You did a really good job in this image conveying an emotion that I've never seen done before with vore. It's actually rather nice to see something outside of pure pleasure/enjoyment over the idea. The expression really comes out well along with how you have the body reacting too. The gripped paws showing a struggle is a really nice touch and a perfect inclusion into the image. Also, the way the belly is gurgling and wobbling seems almost uncomfrotable and even working against the body. The sweat drops are a nice touch too and add a nice subtle discomfort and even nervous effect to the image :)
Nice work with the coloring. I rather like the bold and deep hues and colors used and the aura effect really fits nicely too. Your lines are very smooth and everything appears to be properly shaped, so nice job watching the details of your lines ;) Also good job keeping both sides of your bodies in proper shape and size, as some people tend to off balance the body in that detail, especially with angled shots. Also, I find the curled tail tip to fit nicely and it's nice to see that you used the whole body to show the struggle and reaction presented in this.
Very nice work man :)
