This is Ahshin. He was going to be my dad's horse, but he bowed a tendon (sprained his ankle) really bad, and even after it healed when my dad rode him he'd limp after the ride. So my dad gave him to some one who only weighed 180, who gave Ahshin to his daughter as a reigning horse. Ironic since my dad was going to teach reigning to Ahshin, though he didn't really plan to show him.

We did in fact geld Ahshin, but he snuck a foal in on us before we gelded him. He is a pure bred Arabian, both his dam and sire had papers, but we were never able to afford to get him papered.
