Eevee loves savoring the hind paws of his evolutions before swallowing them whole. Next to licking the paws, Eevee's favorite thing is laying on his back and feeling his evolutions struggle inside his belly to no avail. He let's them out eventually, but he makes sure to drag it out as long as possible.
An old drawing I did years back, decided to post it in case anyone may like it.
As for why Sylveon has a heart symbol, just a little call back to it being the same Sylveon from one of my older drawings: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/53512142/
Eevee himself wonders how much more Sylveon can be swallowed before she gets bored herself.
Might dedicate a whole page to one of the other eeveelutions with this scenario one day, but I am not sure who or when.
