It is actually a pet from a virtual pet site called subeta, the breed of the pet is a chelon, basically a turtle with jewels on it's shell, mine got his central jewel stolen.

Yeah, I think it turned out to be quite a success! I almost had to second guess myself and check if it actually -was- official art, haha. :3
