When the winter demon chills your soul, awaken the spice dragon and ignite your taste buds with flavour!
Ingredients:
4 leftover chicken wing meat (de-boned/sauced or dry)
1 package favourite flavour of βUncle Benβ rice
2tbsp garlic powder
1tbsp minced garlic
1tbsp honey
1tbsp hoisin
1tbsp sriracha
1tsp chili powder
1tsp paprika
1tsp cayenne
2tbsp garlic-flavoured hot sauce
1 small can chipotle peppers
2 sliced jalapeΓ±os
1 sliced onion
2 eggs (scrambled)
Recipe:
1-heat large pan on high heat
2-add chicken+veggies and cook until veggies are golden translucent
3-add rice and mix into vegetables
4-add scrambled eggs to centre of pan and cook until fluffy then mix into rice+veggies
5-add sauces and spices and mix together on medium-high heat until all ingredients are combined
6-plate and enjoy!
Notes-
You can adjust the spice levels freely to your desisted heat preference/tolerance
If you are allergic to eggs you can opt to exclude them
Vegans can swap chicken out for grilled tofu
