Realizer is the lowest ranked member of the Martial Inhibitor's Herat Prime precinct. She didn't originally qualify for Civilian Investigations as she was too aggressive and prone to using lethal force in her exams. This originally got her placed into special operations. Her epithet of Realizer comes from her ability to make up, create, use, and disassemble Leinic Machines on the fly. A very basic Leinic machine is seen on the right side of the image, in fact that's just a single component of a Leinic machine called a Throne.
