Hey guys! I recently bought an official FNAF Cook Book the other day and I decided to spend this weekend trying it out. Totally worth it especially as a FNAF fan such as myself
Pizza Dough:
3 cups of all purpose flower
1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 table spoon olive oil
1 table spoon salt
2 table spoons sugar
1 1/3 cup of luke warm water
Pizza sauce:
1 can chopped tomatoes
2 table spoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Pinch of salt and pepper
Toppings:
Lots of Pepperoni
Shredded mozzerella cheese
Pizza dough: in a small bowl, mix in your yeast and warm water and mix it around until it looks frothy. Next in in a large bowl, add in your flour, sugar and salt and add your yeast water into it and mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes a big sticky clump. If its still too wet add a bit more flour. If its too dry or solid, add warm water. When mixed in together, lightly spread flour onto a clean countertop and start mixing in dough into it and start kneading it until you have a perfect ball shape of dough. In a large bowl, lightly coat the bowl with oil and place the dough ball into the bowl covered and placed in a warm area in your kitchen and wait for it to double in size. After 1 hr and if the dough has doubled in size, press it down firmly to get rid of any air left inside if it and lightly coat with flour again and then start flattening it out into a big flat circular disk.
Pizza sauce: add all of your ingredients into a blender and once its all blended in, taste test your sauce until you get it at the flavor you want. If needs more seasonings like salt, feel free to add more if needed. Once sauce is at a desired taste, add the sauce on top of your pizza crust
Topping: add your mozzerella cheese and your pepperoni. For the pepperoni it will need to cover or almost cover the entire pizza.
Once your pizza is made and your oven preheated to 400°, bake the pizza until its a gold or slight brown color, let cool, and serve!
