The Cotton Heart
I usually try not to draw art of this type, because it brings me back to the past that I try so hard to forget. But this time, one situation from life showed me how "Cotton" the heart can be.
Everyone has had a favorite toy at some point, right? Although toys cannot physically feel pain, they can feel the emotions of love or abandonment. We give meaning to things. And sometimes become toys for others without even realizing it. It is wonderful to be loved, but it is devastating to understand the moment when someone puts you at the back of the shelf. Or worse, throws you away. We still feel, even if physically it's impossible, because of all the cotton in our hearts.
