All or Nothing: The Auxilaries vs Manasa
“Auxiliaries, this is it, time to put our money where our mouths are.” Street Guardian commands, turning on the electric ends of his staff. “All or nothing!” He charges forward, followed closely by Feng.
The qilin shifts to the side, turning abruptly to punch at Manasa from her side. One palm comes up against his fist, guiding the hero right past her and making him stumble in the process.
From her other side, Street Guardian comes swinging his staff, the end of it aimed at the villainess's legs. In her free hand, she conjures a ruby red sword in the direct path of the attack, stopping the new incoming weapon dead in its tracks. He grunts, pushing against it, but finds she is just as strong as him if not stronger, resisting his attempt at brute force without even looking at the canine.
Mars wisely stays away from Manasa, hovering into her blind spot and seizing a piece of the fence, curling and squeezing up a ball composed of a spherically squeezed pole wrapped in metal wire. With his projectile made, he sends it flying with psychic energy at her. But right as it gets close enough to hit, she merely ducks her head to the side.
The ball instead careens over her shoulder, coming right at Feng. The qilin barely had time to react, drawing his head down, the condensed sphere of metal sailing right over his mane.
Medjed springs up from her other blind spot, spinning into a kick aimed at the back of her head. Before he can near it, a shield of similar red energy to the sword appears right in front of his foot. His sole slams into it, making it bounce back, but he redirects it to try again from a different angle.
“Foolish slaves. You cannot hope to hit me.”
An artpiece/giftart I commissioned of a scene in a to-be-uploaded chapter of Tales of Beacon City: Volume 1 featuring a "fight" scene between the four up-and-coming villains and the leader of the New Revolutionaries herself. And it is as much of a one-sided battle as you might expect, she is quite unfettered by this rowdy band of rebellious heroes...
