I've seen a few twitch furs playing it. I think it would be better described as "Fortnite with Pokemon" than "Pokemon with guns". The combat certainly looks engaging, but it's also got all of the usual survival/crafting trappings that drag that genre down so much.

You can disable or massively simplify all the survival elements from the difficulty menu. Even without doing that, it's largely easy to automate. Not much of a drag on exploration, either.

think of fortnite for resource collecting, or rust. combat your main dmg will be your pal, and combat involving the player is darksouls dodging as i joke, with camp building like rust & slow automation like any RTS w/ resources & "npcs", its a lil hard to describe but i enjoy the game

Most of the designs you probably see are early game. There are a lot of.... hot models later on. Quite a few furry looking ones, and there are some that are a lot cooler than I expected. There is already a lot of designs, so might just take time to find all the ones you like.
