that's the Original Series phaser rifle that only appeared in one episode ("Where No Man Has Gone Before") and a handful of publicity stills, then was never seen again. (In fact, the prop itself disappeared for a long time; for a while, they weren't even sure if it still existed or not. IIRC, it finally turned up in the original prop-maker's estate when he passed away; he'd kept it for himself after they decided they weren't going to use it in any more episodes after the pilot.)
